Todays training morning session:   weight is much lighter on de-load weeks

De-load week- Wendler bench: 3X5reps, Big but Boring 3X10
Accessory Work: DB incline 3X8 Super set DB curls 3X8 Each arm
                             Weighted dips 3X8 Super set EZ bar 3X10-12

 Conditioning:     5X500m Row with 1min rest between
